  4. Heat the tdka pan with 1tbsp ghee add cumin, asafotida crankled it add garlic change nice brown in colour then pour the over cooked dal.
  5. Again heat the tdka pan with remaining ghee add red chilli powder again pour tdka cooked dal.
  6. Now it is ready for serving you can enjoy it rice or chapati.
